Esasen Moleküler Biyoloji öğrencisi olan Şimal Sanlı, 4. sınıftan itibaren drama ve tiyatro ile ilgileniyor. 2017 yılında Martı oyununda, 2018 yılında Othello oyununda yer almıştır. İKÜ tiyatro topluluğunda baş reji olan Şimal, film yapımlarında ses departmanında yer alır. Uyumsuz Tiyatro ekibinde de reji grubunda yer almaktadır.

Şimal Sanlı, who is essentially a Molecular Biology student, has been interested in drama and theater since the 4th grade. He took part in the game Seagull in 2017 and in the game Othello in 2018. Şimal, who is the head director of the IKU theater group, takes part in the sound department in film productions. He is also in the director's group of the Uyumsuz Theater team.
